This Album came about as I was studying the Buddha's teachings on the 4 Brahma Viharas - the supreme qualities that can grow infinitely! 
 
Loving Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy and Equanimity.
They are also described as the 4 Faces of Love or the Sublime Abidings. I meditated on these qualities and composed these songs as tools to help us deepen our connection with these supreme emotions!
