We invite you to join us for a series of Transform and Connect Meditations. These sessions are designed to help us access and cultivate more of our light, love and wisdom, while dissolving the energies that are blocking us in any way.

Through intuitive and powerful energy healing, we will dive in, alchemize and transmute old unconscious energies, information, emotions, thoughts and expectations that keep us trapped in patterns and unhelpful states of consciousness.

These meditations help us improve our physical and mental health, our relationships with ourselves and others, and help ignite our true self. There is often a theme or teaching that will come through for the group to help us continue to blaze in all ways.
