You are welcome to join any time and all are welcome. Some people choose to come every week to gain consistency in their practice, while others drop in when they feel they could use some extra support. Another option is to pre-purchase 1 month worth or sessions and join live or get recording emailed.Â
Just let us know what works for you, and we will can arrange it. Mondays at 7pm USA EST with Sada or Maitreya Tuesdays SYD Time either 9am, 10am or 11am depending on daylight savings time with Sada or Maitreya
