This session will guide you through a powerful journey of releasing fear and embracing confidence using the transformative power of sacred sound. The Session will incorporate ancient mantras and healing frequencies to create a safe space for healing and inner transformation.

In this Sacred Sound Session, we will do mantra, meditation and healing to help us establish this sense of connection to help us dissolve and purify on all other levels. We will do specific practices to assist with Healing and Activating the Solar Plexus Chakra.
