Energy Field Cleanse-  A unique style of guided meditation that uses energy & sound healing to purify the body and mind. Join us for this unique session to uplift your spirit, reconnect with your truth, plus cleanse away stress and negativity.

These sessions are designed to cleanse deep through the layers of our conscious and unconscious thoughts, emotions, traumas and patterns,  bringing deep healing on all levels.  During the session you will be guided to release energy that is often trapped in the chakras or meridians and even the cells of our body.

Maitreya and Sada will tune into these blockages and guide you to release them with energy healing techniques, breath work, sacred music and guided meditation. This allows us to let go from deep within, which promotes optimal health and wellbeing in the mind and body.  Oftentimes, people will find relief from physical, emotional and mental pain and stress and feel lighter and more at peace.
