Durga means “Protection from Negativity” and helps us gain power and strength in our mind and body.
The strength that comes from our soul is a different type of strength that we experience with our human self. Both may be important in different ways, however, when we are able to connect with and develop the strength from a soul level, it brings about profound positive changes for our mind and our life in general.
During this session, we will learn about the strength of the soul, how to tap into it, and learn specific mantras and practices that can help continue to blaze in this power. You will experience music, meditation, mantra and sound healing, plus learn about the energy in the Universe known as “Durga”.
