Offered each week, these are a great way to cleanse energy, share what you'd like help with and receive guidance and support from the comfort of your own home.

Group sessions are a very powerful way to transform and really let go of old stress, behaviors, thoughts, beliefs and emotions that hold you back from happiness and joy.

You are welcome to join any time and all are welcome.  Some people choose to come every week to gain consistency in their practice, while others drop in when they feel they could use some extra support. Another option is to pre-purchase 1 month worth or sessions and join live or get recording emailed.
