The sounds reach places deep within our consciousness to bring the vibrations that we need to heal, release and reconnect with our true nature and power.
This month we have a particular intention and focus on the power of gratitude, taking time to let go of pressure, stress and worry, as we bring back into focus the many blessings we have in our lives.
