Did you know that certain crystals have an effect on the body and can help with certain functions, organs and systems of the body? We will discuss some of our favorite crystals for different purposes and focus on the balance and healing of the body.

During this session, you will experience cleansing of the mind, body and energy field. This will happen through sound and energy healing meditation, breathing exercises and more.

The specific focus will be on healing the body and we will use a pranic healing modality which involves different colors of energy with the crystals to optimize healing and cleansing on all levels.
